  • Meals will be communal in Hacienda Magica

  • Meal Times:

    • Breakfast 9 a.m. -10:30 a.m.

    • Lunch 12 p.m.- 1:00 p.m.

    • Snack 4:00-4:30 p.m.

    • Dinner 7:00 p.m.

  • All meals are casual or dress to impress if you prefer.  Tuesday night is the birthday celebration!

SATURDAY

DINNER:

Dorado Tulum Style

  • Grilled Mahi Mahi fillet served with a lemon butter sauce

  • Creamy chipotle corn soup

  • Roasted broccoli and cauliflower

  • Special chef’s salad

  • Mixed potatoes with spring herbs and buffalo mozzarella cheese

  • Dessert:  Mexican Flan with pure vanilla and cinnamon

SUNDAY

BREAKFAST:

Traditional American Breakfast (includes coffee, milk, tea, smoothies, natural juices and breakfast cereals)

  • Eggs (Fried or Scrambled)

  • Pancakes with maple syrup or organic honey

Fajitas

  • Chicken Alambre with Bacon and Chihuahua Cheese
